In my lessons I do my best to be receptive to my students, identifying areas of both strength as well as weak point and also adjusting the speed, mode and technique of the lessons appropriately. Throughout my studying of mathematics I have always really felt that I engage the most with the topic via doing many example issues, so I would put a high value on this method to studying in my sessions. I will certainly revisit the last week's material at the beginning of each session to ensure a sound understanding and to develop confidence for the tutees as they progress.
